By using our website, booking a service, purchasing a service, or participating in a Good Sport activity, you agree to these Terms and any applicable service-specific agreement or waiver.
Good Sport Dog Training is currently operated by Agnesa Redere as a sole proprietorship. If the business structure changes in the future, these Terms may be updated accordingly.

The specific services, locations, requirements, prices, and availability may change from time to time.
3. Training Outcomes
Good Sport provides individualized education and training recommendations based on the information available to us and the circumstances of each dog and handler.
Because dog behavior and training outcomes depend on numerous factors, including the individual dog, handler, environment, consistency, reinforcement history, and other circumstances, Good Sport does not guarantee a particular behavioral, training, or performance outcome.
Training recommendations are educational in nature and are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
Good Sport may recommend that a client consult a veterinarian, veterinary behaviorist, or other qualified professional when circumstances warrant.
4. Booking and Payment
Services must be booked through the booking methods designated by Good Sport.
Payment requirements will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Payments made through Acuity Scheduling may be processed through PayPal. Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment processor's terms and policies.
A booking is not guaranteed until the applicable booking and payment requirements have been completed.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Client cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund or other option according to the booking terms for that service.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
If Good Sport cancels a scheduled service, Good Sport will provide the client with the option of:
a full refund; or
a credit toward a future Good Sport service.
Good Sport may make exceptions to this policy at its discretion in unusual circumstances.
6. Outdoor Activities and Weather
For outdoor activities, including Good Sport Hikes, Good Sport may cancel, postpone, relocate, shorten, or otherwise modify an activity when weather, trail conditions, environmental conditions, or other circumstances create a safety concern.
When Good Sport cancels an outdoor activity, clients will receive a full refund or credit, as applicable.
Good Sport's determination regarding whether conditions are reasonably safe for an activity will control.
7. Dog Eligibility and Safety
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their dogs before participating in Good Sport services.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific service:
Dogs must be current on required core vaccinations.
Dogs must not attend while experiencing a contagious illness.
Dogs participating in group activities should be reasonably comfortable sharing space with unfamiliar dogs and people.
Dogs must remain on leash during group hikes unless Good Sport specifically instructs otherwise.
Off-leash activity may be incorporated into classes or other services when appropriate.
Clients must disclose any known history of biting, attempted biting, significant aggression, or other behavior that could reasonably create a safety concern before training begins.
A dog with a bite history must be cleared by a Good Sport trainer for participation in group activities.
Good Sport reserves the right to modify, pause, relocate, or discontinue a training activity when necessary to protect the safety and welfare of the dog, client, trainer, or other participants.
8. Client Responsibility
The client remains responsible for their dog at all times, including during training and other Good Sport activities.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about their dog;
Follow reasonable safety instructions provided by Good Sport;
Maintain appropriate control of their dog;
Use appropriate equipment;
Immediately notify Good Sport of any change in circumstances that could affect safety; and
Inform Good Sport of any known behavior that could pose a risk to people or animals.
9. Emergency Veterinary Care
If a dog becomes injured or seriously ill during a Good Sport activity, Good Sport will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner or emergency contact.
If emergency veterinary care appears reasonably necessary and the owner cannot be reached in time, the client authorizes Good Sport to seek reasonable emergency veterinary care for the dog.
The client is responsible for all veterinary, transportation, or other expenses resulting from such care.
10. Assumption of Risk
Participation in dog training, dog sports, hiking, outdoor activities, off-leash activities, and related activities involves inherent risks.
These risks may include, without limitation:
Dog bites or other animal-related injuries;
Scratches, falls, trips, or other injuries;
Interactions between dogs;
Off-leash or long-line activity;
Uneven or slippery terrain;
Weather and environmental conditions;
Contact with plants, wildlife, insects, or other environmental hazards;
Failure of equipment;
Accidental escape of a dog;
Property damage; and
Other risks inherent in working with animals and participating in outdoor or physical activities.
Participation is voluntary, and clients should make reasonable decisions regarding whether a particular activity is appropriate for themselves and their dogs.
The separate Good Sport Training & Activity Waiver governs assumption of risk and liability provisions applicable to participation in services.
11. Website Use
You may use the Good Sport website for lawful purposes only.
